Home and School

Parents as our partners.

Parents matter at Talmud Torah! We believe that the more parents are involved in school life, the more students appreciate the gift of a Jewish education. Talmud Torah places a high priority on sustaining a positive, inclusive school environment, where parent input is welcome, encouraged and respected. Together with our parents, we create a school where student happiness and success are the foundation of their academic achievements.

Our Home and School Association is run entirely by parent volunteers with various committees providing services and/or event planning for the school community as a whole.

The Association’s fee is $25 per child. These fees are collected with the general school fees.

Throughout the year, the Association is able to undertake the purchase of new equipment, resources and materials and fund various special events. On behalf of the Home and School Executive and Committee Chairs, we look forward to your support and participation this year.
