French instruction for life in Quebec and beyond.

Both our English and French sections follow the French program of instruction as required by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES). Our highly qualified French teachers ensure that our students receive a first class education so that students gain the important skills they need to comprehend and communicate effectively in French. Oral communication, reading and writing, are some of the important skills that each student acquires in order to graduates with a bilingual certificate. The use of information and communication technologies is at the core of students’ day-to-day educational experience and teachers encourage the development of academic skills needed to positively influence individual engagement in each student’s learning process.

Differentiated instruction is integrated into each lesson to ensure that all students are actively engaged in and are able to learn and meet the goals required at the end of each school cycle. External exams, given in Grades 4 and 6 through the MEES confirm that our students have acquired and indeed surpassed the minimum requirements and skills to ensure success as they move forward. Our challenge based learning initiative is key to helping each learner achieve the objectives of learning transferable skills.
