Engaging extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
The Advanced Learning Institute at Herzliah provides our students with the opportunity to participate in innovative activities both within the existing curriculum as well as extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.

Choir

Students learn how to sing in harmony, read musical scores and perform at various musical events – Just for Kids Foundation Glee High School Showdown, school wide assemblies, an end of year concert at the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall and more!

Ice Hockey

Our student-athletes have an opportunity to play ice hockey for the Herzliah Lions – this team participates in the Greater Montreal Athletics Association hockey league. Practice and games take place weekly and offer players a chance to bond and develop a strong team chemistry on and off the ice.

Robotics

Using the latest LEGO Mindstorm software and building blocks, students work together to design, plan, build and program robots capable of simple tasks and environmental responsiveness. With this program, students gain an understanding of basic computer language and goal oriented design.

Rock Band

Herzliah’s Rock Band brings together students with a passion for music and performance. Musical events are throughout the school year at various venues, in school and around town!
