Advisory Groups

Our advisory Program is launched during the Secondary I retreat, where students spend two days off-site, engaging in fun, team building activities where they get to know each other and our professional staff.

Our Secondary I Advisor Program, staffed by Herzliah teachers, facilitates students transition from elementary school into high school, by supporting students in navigating our rigorous trilingual curriculum. Students regularly meet with their advisors, in small groups. They learn study and organizational skills and acquire time management and homework strategies. Class time is also devoted to discussing general concerns and issues. Responsibility, perseverance and leadership are just some of the qualities that are developed through the program.
