The school invites applications for the following positions:

Title Math Teacher – High School
Report to: Director of the High School
Status: maternity replacement
Start Date: immediate

‍
Skills and experiences :

- Plan and design teaching/learning situations in relation to the math program.
- Evaluate the progress of learning and the degree of acquisition of students' competencies.
- Establish the essential conditions for maintaining a climate conducive to learning.
- Adhere to the philosophy, values and orientations of the school and promote the educational project.
- To ensure the disciplinary and academic follow-up of students in collaboration with parents and the school administration.
- Any other related task performed by a teacher.

Experience
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in teaching and a certificate awarded by the Ministry of Education
- Knowledge of the curriculum and understanding of the issues.
- Experience teaching at the elementary or secondary level would be an asset.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Be recognized as a dynamic, motivated and motivating individual.

Required or Desired Qualifications
- Brevet d’enseignement from the Quebec Ministry of Education
