The purpose of our strategic plan is to develop a comprehensive roadmap
that will guide decision-making, resource allocation, and actions to achieve
short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. This plan will ensure that we remain
focused, adaptable, and accountable in fulfilling our mission and serving our stakeholders
effectively.

Deepen our investment in our faculty, professional leaders, and lay leaders to ensure that they are able to best serve our Azrieli Talmud Torah | Herzliah community.
CULTURE OF ENGAGEMENT AND RESPECT
Nurture a respectful and engaged school culture anchored in a clearly articulated vision and sense of identity, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to celebrating successes and school pride.
FRENCH EXCELLENCE
Enhance the school’s French language program to ensure French proficiency in oral communication, reading, and writing for all students within an outstanding trilingual learning environment.
JUDAIC STUDIES, JEWISH LIFE, AND HEBREW
Strengthen the quality and relevance of the Judaic studies, Jewish life, and Hebrew programs in order to cultivate engaged, knowledgeable graduates who are committed to Jewish values, traditions, and Israel.
SUSTAINABILITY AND FINANCIAL VIABILITY
Strengthen the school’s financial position – including fundraising, alternative revenue streams, and facilities investments – to ensure long-term viability.
